Game-ready with Shimano's BR-MT200 hydraulic disc brakes, microSHIFT Advent shifting, and an SR SunTour XCM fork that's built to hustle, the Rockhopper Sport can tack up the win on any given Sunday—and the rest of the week too for that matter. The frame is constructed from lightweight yet durable Premium A1 Aluminum with butted aluminum construction. The hydroformed top and downtubes keep weight low and strength high, while providing increased standover clearance, slick internal cable routing, and dropper-post compatibility. To ensure the best fit and performance for every rider, each Rockhopper frame size is paired with the optimal wheel size. This means every Rockhopper is rolling on the best-handling wheel for its frame size. The SR Suntour XCM fork brings the Rx Tune to Rockhopper for the first time, featuring a lockout and custom Multi-Circuit damping. It delivers size-specific travel and spring rates while ensuring consistent geometry, handling, and suspension performance, regardless of frame or wheel size. Shimano hydraulic disc brakes pack a mean bite but deliver their power with a refined, intuitive feel. The durable 1x microSHIFT drivetrain offers plenty of range with a clutch-equipped rear derailleur that keeps your ride quiet and your chain on. The wheelset combines dead-reliable Formula hubs with 25-millimeter internal diameter, hookless Specialized rims for a strong, light, and durable package.
