Bike Service Request

Please complete for each bike below and our service team will respond for an appointment. Due to space limitations please do not drop off your bike until appointment confirmed*

*You do not need to fill out the form for a flat tire. Come on by noon - 4pm Tuesday - Friday and we'll return the bike to you next day.

EBIKES: We have experienced increasing issues with quality and supplier communication to the point we will refuse requests for bike brands we do not sell. We will service bikes from Diamondback, Raleigh, Santa Cruz, Cannondale, and Specialized.

One of our expert mechanics will contact you to discuss the bike(s) and the estimated charges before performing any work. Broken bikes do require a diagnostic and a fee for service is applied to the estimate.

The charge for delivery service each way is $30.

Going out of town this weekend and gotta get it done right away? We get it, things come up! We offer a $100 expedited fee to get in front of the line and cover overtime for our staff because they're already over time by the weekend.
