Body Geometry Internal Wedges Gen 2 - 20 Pack

The Body Geometry Internal Wedges Gen 2 are ergonomically designed inserts that personalize shoes for individual needs. The 1.5mm Varus/Valgus wedge stabilizes the natural movement of your forefoot by improving foot, knee, and hip alignment. This adjustment increases power output and adds an average of 10 seconds to your time to exhaustion during maximum efforts. The wedges are vented for added comfort and feature reversible shims that work for both right and left application. They can be trimmed to fit your specific needs.
