Pick any in-stock Turbo Levo or Turbo Levo R. 30-60 minutes on the bike, helmet provided, route advice included. The deposit confirms your slot so we can prep the right bike for the right rider at the right time.
Deposit comes off the bike
Decide to take a Levo home the same week and your full $50 deposit is credited toward the purchase. Bring your current bike for a trade-in appraisal during the ride and we'll have your numbers ready when you roll back in.

Great! I did 9 miles at Mountain Creek on Friday and 6 at Lake Norman Saturday. The power and shifting and rear suspension are spot-on. The forks are maybe a little harsh over roots, but if I get in shape and go faster they will probably be where I need em.

Why is there a $50 deposit?
The deposit reserves your slot, the specific bike you want, and a staff member's time to prep and run the demo. The full $50 is credited toward your purchase if you decide to take a Turbo Levo or Turbo Levo R home the same week. Keeping a small deposit on the front end means real demo bikes are ready when serious shoppers arrive.
What do I need to bring?
Just a valid driver's license and closed-toe athletic shoes. We provide the bike and helmet. If you have your own clip-in pedals, bring them and we'll swap them on for the ride.
Can I demo more than one bike?
Absolutely. Most riders ride both -- the flagship Turbo Levo and the Turbo Levo R -- to feel the spec difference at each price point. Just let us know in your booking notes.
What if I'm new to mountain biking?
Perfect time to demo. Tell us your experience level when you book and we'll start you on the shop loop or a flowier section of trail. Many of our Levo customers started here.
Can someone outside the Charlotte area still demo?
Yes -- we have riders drive in from across the Carolinas and beyond for the Spirited Cyclist experience and Specialized service. Book in advance and we'll have the bike charged and prepped for your arrival.
How does the deposit credit work if I buy?
Your $50 deposit is applied as a credit toward the purchase of any in-stock Turbo Levo or Turbo Levo R on the same week as your demo. We'll spell out the credit on your sales order -- no fine print games.
What if I don't buy a bike?
No problem -- there's no purchase pressure. The $50 deposit covers the cost of holding the bike and running the demo, so it's not refunded if you don't purchase. If you come back and buy a Levo within 14 days of your demo, we'll still honor the credit.
